How can interested doctors apply for these trainings? Top
Interested doctors can apply for these trainings through the nearest Family Health Clinic or the District Population Welfare Office.
 
What documents should be attached with the application? Top
Attested copies of M.B.B.S. degree, valid PMDC registration certificate and CNIC
 
What facilitation is provided by the department to the trainees? Top
The Department does not charge any fee for the training or the training material. However, no other logistic support in the form of accommodation or meals is provided.
 
What is the duration of the surgical training? Top
The duration is 3 weeks, at an average; however, this can be extended by the trainer if required skills have not been achieved to satisfaction. During this period the trainee is required to observe 02, assist 8 and perform at least 10 solo contraceptive surgeries.
 
Is a certificate provided at completion? Top
Yes, the training is certified on completion.
